Situated in downtown Philadelphia, the Reading Terminal Market is an ecclectic collection of farmers markets, food stands, gift shops, and bakeries. Local merchants from many surrounding counties are represented here. The indoor market sprang from an outdoor hub on Market Street, and first opened its doors in 1892.
