So yesterday we saw the kind of tourist fodder one can find in markets that often appear around fiestas, attractions and resorts. But, if authentic is what you want, it is the small craft markets and Farmers Markets that will satisfy your needs. This is a stall from the Sunday Mercadillo (Farmers Market) at Los Pedregales in the El Palmar valley. Not a huge selection; not the biggest, not the prettiest. Maybe you are not very excited, but that's because you haven't tasted them!
