All ready and waiting for a customer. Or so it seems.
I had parked my vehicle behind her, waiting for a friend of mine. At first this lady looked like an ordinary street vendor waiting for customers. Slowly I realized that she was the Big boss of all the vendors with in the vicinity . All the others were following her orders and the prices too were fixed as per her orders. When a customer approached her she would quote a higher price, and the customer would move on to the next vendor who would sell the same stuff for a lesser rate (or vice versa) They communicate through secret code signals.
What a marketing strategy !!
