[Salvador, Bahia, Brazil] Amongst the many oddities that you can observe at the Salvador's Feira de São Joaquim, you can find many tropical fruits and colored vegetables. But my favorite section of the market was definitely where they keep the raw meat and animal organs. There you find a unique and indescribable smell and the impression you will be sick, constantly. But after some moments, you start to enjoy it and want to stay longer. The only problem, you keep the death smell in the nose for many hours after you return home. But it is part of the trip, and I recommend this for everybody in search for real life sceneries.
